September 7, 2022 — After too many moons away, Literary Death Match made its gleeful return to San Francisco (and more specifically, Valencia Room). The brilliant night finished with Kate Folk narrowly topping her co-finalist Vanessa Hua in an Original or Adapted? finale that went down to the wire, winning Folk the LDM SF, Ep. 70 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

June 12, 2022 — In what was a literary all-timer, Literary Death Match teamed with the geniuses at the Bellingen Readers & Writers Festival for an out-of-this-world festival closer that saw Sophie Overett narrowly topple Michael Burge in a tense Literary Spelling Bee finale that won Overett the LDM Bellingen, Ep. 1 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

May 28, 2022 — In our first event in Colorado since 2010 (what!?), Literary Death Match joined forces with the Mountain Words Literary Festival for a fantastic event at the Center for the Arts Crested Butte that saw Claire Boyles outlast Suzi Q. Smith in a down-to-the-wire Arithme-Lit finale that won Boyles the LDM Crested Butte, Ep. 1 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

October 24, 2021 — Because one event with Toronto International Festival of Authors wasn't enough, we returned with our LDM Kids Edition, using kid judges from Mrs. Minor’s 6th Grade class, in a wild epic that saw Joseph Coelho narrowly topple Ashley Spires in a wild Arithme-Lit finale that won Coelho the Literary Death Match Toronto, Ep. 5 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.
