Austin, Ep. 11

November 5, 2016 — For our annual Austin spectacular, Literary Death Match returned to Texas as part of the kick-off to Lit Crawl Austin at The North Door, and after many literary and comedic fireworks the night ended with Amy Gentry taking down Jason Neulander in a battle of American Psycho or Trump? to win Gentry the LDM Austin, Ep. 11 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

Vancouver, Ep. 3

November 4, 2016 — With our election anxiety at an all-time high, Literary Death Match headed to the sanity of Canada for our return to Vancouver — and more specifically the Fox Cabaret. The Sad Mag-presented event finished with Lucia Misch outdueling Jayson McDonald in a back-and-forth battle of Lone Star Lit, before Misch scored the final answer, winning her the LDM Vancouver, Ep. 3 crown and literary immortality to go with it.

October 16, 2016 — Literary Death Match returned to London for Southbank Centre's brilliant London Literature Festival, and living up the the festival's theme — Living in Future Times — LDM delivered a showcase of some of the best for years to come, ending with Luisa Omielan outdueling Paula Varjack in a Cyrillic Off that won her the LDM London, Ep. 60 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.

October 14, 2016 — Literary Death Match returned to Vermont — once again teaming with the Brattleboro Literary Festival for the 5th year in a row — in a brilliant affair that saw Porochista Khakpour topple Mia Alvar in a hard-fought Quiz of Death that won Khakpour the LDM Brattleboro, Ep. 5 crown, and literary immortality to go with it.
