December 16, 2010 — On a holly, jolly, cut throat night of poetic gift-giving at the Bowery Poetry Club, Literary Death Match’s final event of the year ended with “Team Hanukkah” (featuring Clay McCleod Chapman) outdid “Team Christmas” (headed by Elissa Bassist) in a vicious battle of "Mad Lib Christmas Caroling" that led to the crowning of Chapman as LDM champion.

London, Ep. 11

December 14, 2010 — In one of the great pop-culture Xmas specials of all-time, Literary Death Match London's Picador Books-sponsored yuletide celebration at Concrete ended when the audience-populated judges panel selected "Team A" (featuring Susan Barker) over "Team B" (led by runner-up Amy Sackville) by a score of 2-1 in a wild game of Literary Christmas Caroling, to make Barker the LDM Champ.

December 10, 2010 — Mad-libbed, choral renditions of holiday favorites “Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “Frosty the Snowman” decided the unprecedented ending of LDM SF's Holiday Bloodbath Special.  In the spirit of the season, Jamie DeWolf plowed the competition for all gingers great and small, pimples and all!

November 18, 2010 — On a fantastically oddball Thanksgiving-fueled evening at the Bowery Poetry Club, the next-to-last LDM NYC of 2010 started with founder Todd Zuniga — via Skypecast from London — introducing the night, and ended with poet Gary Barwin winning the literary crown after a game of "Pass the Hot & Diseased Turkey" against runner-up novelist Sara Marcus

November 17, 2010 — Before a packed-to-the-gills Concrete crowd (and a ridiculously attractive one, at that), Literary Death Match London's 10th-episode celebration ended with a deliriously raucous (and, we'll admit, somewhat confusing) Mark Zuckerberg/Social Network-style finale that saw champion Sabrina Mahfouz out-"add" Elizabeth Jenner by a total "friend" count of 14-12, winning her the LDM crown.

November 2, 2010 — A ridiculously talent-laden night at The Drake Hotel set a pitch-perfect tone for the final stop on the LDM100 tour, finishing with screenwriter/cult hero Andrew Kaufman out-memorying co-finalist poet/master-reader Susan Holbrook by a wowing 9-4 score, to claim the Literary Death Match crown.

On a superstar-dappled evening at the Baltimore Museum of Art to celebrate Andy Warhol's final decade, it was Daniel Wallace who, with a team of wise(wo)men, scored a close victory over Cliff Lynn's intelligentrio by a score of 6 to 4 in a tense game of Warhol Celebrity Mashup to win victory for Wallace before an enthusiastic house.

October 28, 2010 — A brilliant mid-midwestern evening at The Brick gone perfect, ended with Reading Reptile rep Gina Kaufmann winning the LDM crown by narrowly outmaneuvering One Story co-finalist Cote Smith 6-5 in a super-tight battle of KC Literary-Celebrity-and-Otherwise Card Sharks.

October 26, 2010 — A brilliant LDM100: Twin Cities celebration ended with a down-to-the-wire "Poet vs. Madman" battle, that saw Maggie Ryan Sandford outduel co-finalist Curt Lund by a final score of 8.5 to 8, winning her the LDM crown.
