Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10:12PM November 5, 2015 — In what we hope to make an annual spectacular, Literary Death Match headed to St. James Studio for our "Best of Edinburgh Fringe" showcase featuring some of the most talented performers on the planet that finished with Viv Groskop outdueling Sarah Morgan in Literary Spelling Bee III, winning Groskop the LDM London, Ep. 54 crown.
Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 2:17PM October 22, 2015 — For our annual drop-in at Quinnipiac University, a brilliant early-evening of lit, comedy and wit transpired — in celebration of Quinnipiac's literary magazine Montage — that saw Clare E. Michalek outduel co-finalist Alan Johnson by the narrowest of scores to win her the LDM Quinnipiac, Ep. 4 crown.
Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 12:48AM October 17, 2015 — In a clear show that the world is a brilliant place, we headed back to the Texas Book Festival for a Lit Crawl Austin event where literary fireworks were at a maximum, as Kirk Lynn outdueled Gwendolyn Zepeda in a lightning-quick Lone Star Lit finale that Lynn won in sudden death, to win him the LDM Austin, Ep. 10 crown.
Thursday, October 15, 2015 at 1:04AM October 15, 2015 — In what's become an annual tradition, Literary Death Match once again teamed with Wordfest for an all-out literary and comedic extravaganza at the Royal Canadian Legion #1. The wild evening finished with Anakana Schofield narrowly outdueling Jeff Vandermeer in a Literary Spelling Bee III finale by a single letter, winning Schofield the LDM Calgary, Ep. 3 crown.
Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 11:14AM October 13, 2015 — In a debut that changed lives, Literary Death Match headed to the literary haven of Oxford, Mississippi for the first time with an all-star lineup and brilliance blazing, in a show that saw Beth Ann Fennelly outduel Kiese Laymon in a sudden death Lone Star Lit finale that won Fennelly the LDM Oxford, MS, Ep. 1 crown.
Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 5:09PM October 10, 2015 — For our grand return to the LDM City of the Year 2015 front-runner, we once again teamed with the Southern Festival of Books for a night to remember at the War Memorial Auditorium, as Harrison Scott Key narrowly outdueled Tiana Clark in Literary Spelling Bee III finale by a single point to win Key the LDM Nashville, Ep. 3 crown.
Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 12:19PM October 7, 2015 — After nearly four years away from Orlando, Literary Death Match teamed with Burrow Press for an event at Mad Cow Theatre that wowed from end to end, with the night finishing with David James Poissant outdueling co-finalist Kristen Arnett in a sudden-death Lone Star Lit finale that won Poissant the LDM Orlando, Ep. 3 crown.
Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2:27PM October 2, 2015 — Our annual adventure in Vermont — as part of the Brattleboro Literary Festival — was all anyone could ever want from a cool, autumn eve, as the brilliant crowd witnessed Mary Anna King outlast Bob Morris in a hotly-contested Literary Spelling Bee III finale by one point to win King the LDM Brattleboro, Ep. 4 crown.
Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 7:01AM September 1, 2015 — In celebrate of the 400th Literary Death Match in world history, we hurtled towards London's Century Club for a whizbang affair of delight, lit and laughs that ended with Catherine Chanter narrowly outdueling Andy Miller in a Literary Triathlon to win Chanter the LDM London, Ep. 52 (and LDM400) crown.
