Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 1:08AM December 5, 2014 — In our final jaunt SF-ward this year, a knockout lineup of charmsters and charmstresses convened for a holiday jolt of levity, literature and sweetness, in a night that ended with Maisha Z. Johnson outdueling Janine Kovac in a down-to-the-wire Literary 20 Questions finale, winning Johnson the LDM SF, Ep. 57 crown.
Friday, November 21, 2014 at 12:30PM November 21, 2014 — In our yearly gallop to the glowing-skies of southern Florida, we once again teamed up with Miami Book Fair International for a Florida-themed event that brought South Beach to its knees (or at least Wynwood) as Jennine Capó Crucet outdueled co-finalist Liz Tracy in a down-to-the-wire Literary Charades finale to win Capó Crucet the LDM Miami, Ep. 6 crown.
Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 12:42PM November 6, 2014 — LDM headed back to the Contemporary Jewish Museum for our annual November pilgrimage (to team up with Reboot’s Unscrolled) for a literary-skewed night of laughter and unusual Torah commentary that ended with Gabe Delahaye outdueling Karen Leibowitz in an electric Literary Judaic Charades finale to win Delahaye the LDM SF, Ep. 56 crown.
Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 3:16PM October 25, 2014 — For our annual October pilgrimage, we did our part to Keep Austin Weird by pairing with the Texas Book Festival and Austin's Litcrawl for our first-ever show at the North Door, for a ridiculously brilliant night that saw Scott Cheshire narrowly outduel finalist Marlon James in a Literary Charades finale that ended in sudden death, winning Cheshire the LDM Austin, Ep. 8 title.
Friday, October 17, 2014 at 3:13AM October 17, 2014 — Once again, we teamed with Wordfest for a grand return to C-Town for a wily, must-attend night of bright lights, brighter lit and hysterics that ended with Ann-Marie MacDonald outdueling co-finalist Alison Pick in a riotous, sudden-death Lone Star Lit finale to win her the LDM Calgary, Ep. 2 crown.

Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 2:03PM October 14, 2014 — In our annual spectacular, Literary Death Match returned to Litquake for a night at Public Works that was an insta-classic that ended with Danez Smith outdueling Kriistina Ehin in sudden-death overtime in a captivating game of Literary Charades to win Smith the LDM SF, Ep. 55 crown.
Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 1:27AM October 11, 2014 — In what was one of the greatest nights of our 2014, we teamed with the Southern Festival of Books and Third Man Records for a wild night of literary wizardry, knee-slapping judgment that finished with Abraham Smith winning out in sudden death over Adrian Matejka in a music-skewed battle of Literary Pictionary to win Smith the LDM Nashville, Ep. 1 crown.
Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 1:31AM October 10, 2014 — For a debut to remember, Literary Death Match headed to Texas' southern plains, as we teamed with the Books in the Basin Festival for a pitch-perfect evening rife with story, hilarity and tomfoolery that ended with Jeramey Kraatz outdueling co-finalist Julie Murphy by a closer-than-it-looks score of 39-11 in a Lone Star Lit finale to win Kraatz the LDM Midland & Odessa, Ep. 1 crown.
