Moshe Kasher triumphed over Anne-Marie Kinney (author of Radio Iris and representing Black Clock) when he sorted letter-holding volunteers into the correct order to spell HUXLEY.

Philadelphia, Ep. 3

May 23, 2012 — To celebrate Drexel University's 6th Annual Week of Writing, Literary Death Match teamed with Painted Bride Quarterly to put on a wild show that finished with Team Elizabeth Scanlon falling to Team Scott McClanahan in the most exciting game of Pin the Mustache on Hemingway the world has ever seen. A last-gasp attempt won McClanahan the LDM Philadelphia crown.

May 22, 2012 — A life-changing night of literary and comedic wonderment went down with star-fueld aplomb at The Back Room, as a staggering lineup lit up the NYC night, ending with a finale that pitted def poet extraordinaire muMs against the electric Sarah Rose Etter in a wild game of Literary Author Jumble that went down to the final seconds, with Etter shining brightest in the end to win LDM NYC, Ep. 42!

May 11, 2012 — Before a wonderfully wild Elbo Room crowd, Literary Death Match SF — presented by Paul's Hat Works — stormed to its record-setting 45th episode in San Francisco, with a delight-filled night that concluded with Team Michael David Lukas scoring a come-from-behind win against Team Sarah Marie Griffin in a mis-named Book Jenga finale by a final score of 8-7, winning Lukas the Literary Death Match crown.
