Detroit, Ep. 1

September 15, 2022 — It took us 16 years to make our way to Motor City, and we were missing out. Our Detroit debut was a smash-hit on the gorgeous The Old Miami lawn, and saw Frank Anthony Polito barely topple Alise Alousi in sudden-sudden death to win Polito the LDM Detroit, Ep. 1 crown and literary immortality to go with it.

Performance: Mary Cobra, guitarist for the Detroit Cobras, described by Third Man Records as “one of the greatest guitarists to ever come out of Detroit"
