October 26, 2014 — After too long a time away, we returned to warm the cockles of your heart with our first show of the autumn at our old Shoreditch favourite Concrete where Chris O'Dowd & Nick Vincent Murphy outdueled Janina Matthewson in a sudden-death Literary Charades finale to win O'Dowd & Murphy the LDM London, Ep. 43 crown.

Festival No. 6, Ep. 1

September 13, 2013 — On a drizzly Friday the 13th, Literary Death Match's Festival Festival No. 6 debut was fearless in the face of calamity, in a space overlooking Portmeirion's dazzling center. In a Literary Spelling Bee face-off, it was Rachael Allen who was able to out-letter co-finalist Richard Milward by a score of 17-11 to win the LDM Festival No. 6, Ep. 1 crown!

August 12, 2012 – In its first visit to the serene Wilderness Festival, Literary Death Match made them wild in a hot hurry, in an electric showcase that saw host Suzanne Azzopardi hand a well-earned gold medal to Femi Martin after a stunning display of instantaneous anagram-solving.

June 16, 2011 — A dazzling night before a wonderfully packed Concrete crowd ended when three-point expert John Butler narrowly outshined co-finalist David Whitehouse 5-4 in an anti-book burning netball shootout that won Butler the coveted Literary Death Match crown!

November 17, 2010 — Before a packed-to-the-gills Concrete crowd (and a ridiculously attractive one, at that), Literary Death Match London's 10th-episode celebration ended with a deliriously raucous (and, we'll admit, somewhat confusing) Mark Zuckerberg/Social Network-style finale that saw champion Sabrina Mahfouz out-"add" Elizabeth Jenner by a total "friend" count of 14-12, winning her the LDM crown.
